Review title reports and ensure all title report defects are acknowledged and resolved in a timely manner;
Verify vesting information and effective dates;
Maintain supporting documentation;
Prepare large Title projects;
Answer phones;
Typing;
Accurate billing skills;
Communicate effectively with clients
Effectively manage pipeline reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Meet all productivity standards as outlined by Management
Present a "can do" attitude on every interaction with clients and co-workers
QUALIFICATIONS:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat and general organization software;
Computer and fax machine and work with them proficiently
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly detail oriented.
Excellent customer service skills.
Possess profesional and persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2-3 years office experience
Familiarity with all procedures performed in commitment production including abstracts, examinations, document retrieval, surveys, plat maps, tax data, etc.
Knowledge of surveys and plotting metes and bounds;
